Permitted use
You may use the public website for lawful evaluation of PatentsIntel. Trial and platform access is personal to the approved organization and users and may not be shared, resold, scraped, or used to bypass technical controls.
Approval-controlled access
Submitting a trial request does not guarantee access. PatentsIntel may approve, limit, suspend, or decline access based on security, capacity, suitability, legal, or commercial considerations.
Decision-support limitation
Patent status, family, ownership, restoration, expiry, valuation, market, competitor, licensee, and financial information is provided for research and decision support. It is not a legal opinion, freedom-to-operate opinion, valuation opinion, investment recommendation, or guarantee of commercial outcome.
Required independent review
Users remain responsible for obtaining qualified patent counsel and other professional advice before acquisitions, filings, fee payments, outreach, licensing, commercialization, or investment.
Data availability
Patent authorities differ in event coverage, timing, terminology, and completeness. Source systems may be delayed, unavailable, corrected, or superseded.
Intellectual property and confidentiality
PatentsIntel software, design, models, workflows, and proprietary research remain protected. Enterprise and trial content may also be subject to confidentiality and use restrictions.
