Information we collect
We may collect business contact details, organization and role information, stated use cases, authentication records, access logs, platform activity, support communications, and information submitted during enterprise onboarding.
How information is used
Information is used to assess access requests, provision controlled workspaces, secure the platform, provide support, improve services, communicate about enterprise access, and meet legal obligations.
Patent and research data
The platform processes public patent records, official legal events, public commercial information, licensed datasets, and analyst-created research. Enterprise workspace content may be subject to additional contractual controls.
Service providers and international processing
Information may be processed by infrastructure, authentication, database, analytics, and email-service providers used to operate the platform. Contractual and technical safeguards are applied according to the service and engagement.
Retention and security
Information is retained only for legitimate operational, contractual, security, and legal purposes. Access is controlled and material platform actions are logged.
